My particular area of specialism is relational trauma, which can occur in many guises.

I believe that no matter where someone is today, things can be improved.
One of the impacts of relational trauma is you miss out on learning how healthy relationship dynamics work in your formative years.
This means that there will be certain beliefs and behaviours you may have picked up which are, without you intending to, influencing the relationships you are in today.
There isn’t anything broken or wrong.
Much like never learning how to drive a car, trying to navigate dating, relationships and parenting can be like joining a busy motorway in rush hour having had limited driving lessons previously.
In my program I give you the framework from which to reprogram any unhelpful unconscious wiring . You can also learn how healthy relationships work and what the special ingredients are to enable you to build a secure, long lasting loving relationship.
